Krista E. Wood received her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati (UC) in physics education. She is an Associate Professor of Physics in the Department of Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College. Her research interests include student development of scientific reasoning, as well as the effects of research-based instructional strategies on student learning in physics. Wood has presented at 25 national/international conferences. She is a member of UC’s Academy of Fellows of Teaching and Learning.
